Texas-Permian Basin's soft schedule meets a tougher test at Northeastern State OK

The biggest gap between these two Division II teams has nothing to do with their records. Texas-Permian Basin carries a strength-of-schedule rank of 142nd, while Northeastern State OK checks in at 58th, an 84-spot difference that colors everything else about this non-conference meeting.
